The deal, in plain English.

These terms are an agreement between you and SupaVisible, a service operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account you accept them. If you are using SupaVisible for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept them on its behalf.

Access to SupaVisible on the plan you choose, within that plan's limits. The current plans are Free at $0, Pro at $49 a month and Scale at $125 a month. Each has its own monthly limit on articles, article length and website scans, shown on the pricing page.

Limits reset each billing month. Unused allowance does not roll over. We may change what the plans include, and if a change reduces what you are paying for we will tell you before it takes effect.

You do. Articles you generate with SupaVisible are yours to publish, edit, sell or delete, with no attribution required and no licence back to us beyond what we need to store and display them inside your account.

Two things worth knowing. Generated text is produced by an AI model, so it can be wrong, and you are responsible for checking it before you publish. And because models produce similar output for similar prompts, we cannot promise your article is unique.

• +Keeping your login details secure, and everything done through your account.
• +Having the right to connect the website and Search Console property you connect.
• +Reviewing generated content before publishing it, including any factual claims.
• +Not using SupaVisible to produce spam, deliberately misleading content, or anything unlawful.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and include a 14 day free trial. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used months, but if something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.

If a payment fails we may downgrade the account to Free. Your articles stay where they are.

We do not promise any particular search ranking, any amount of traffic, or that an AI assistant will cite you. Nobody can promise that honestly. SupaVisible gives you the data and the content; search engines and AI systems decide the rest.

The service is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and it depends on third-party services such as Google and Stripe that we do not control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunity.

Yes. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will email you before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go to hello@supavisible.com.
